What Personal Data We Collect
Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), subject (if provided), and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. The form requires your explicit consent before submission.
Messages are delivered via email and are not stored in a database. We use Brevo as our email relay service; Brevo processes the email in transit but does not store or use the content. We do not share contact form data with third parties.
Giveaway Campaigns
For promotional activities such as giveaways, we may collect additional personal data, including your name, email address, and mailing address, to administer the campaign and deliver prizes. Participation is voluntary, and by entering, you consent to this data collection. This information is retained for the duration of the giveaway and for up to three months afterward. We do not share this data with third parties.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Matomo, a privacy-focused analytics platform hosted on our own server (analytics.mmssp.nl). Matomo collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, visit duration, and approximate geographic location (country/region level). No personal data is stored, and IP addresses are anonymized. Analytics data is never shared with third parties.

Cloudflare
This website is served through Cloudflare’s content delivery network. Cloudflare may process your IP address and certain technical data (browser type, request headers) to deliver the site and protect against malicious traffic. This processing is governed by Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to prevent spam; this may process browser signals but does not track you across sites.
